The Malaysian Intellectual Property Office (MyIPO) has implemented a Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot program with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) for a period of 2 years, i.e. from 18 January 2025 to 18 January 2027.
